The whole experience was thoroughly enjoyable, nothing too much trouble, couldn't recommend more. The hotel was comfy, loved garden view from our standard apartment. The location in a modern area was stunning and fantastic. We stayed for 5 nights here, loved Novo Sancti Petri district. The room we had included a sofa bed, central heating, and an iron...

Cleaning teams work well, but some staff at reception desk (2 clerks out of 4) are not; are unpolite, even disrespectful. Hotel would be ok (far from good) for a 3-star, but as a 4-star as it is rated is falls very short of what's expected.

Vava playa la barrosa, which can be found only 600 ft away, was a fast option. Located within 10 minutes' drive from playa de roche. We loved aparthotel las dunas.

The location
I thought the service was appalling and the staff very much lacking in customer service skills (and that is not a spanish cultural issue, just particular to this place). I also thought it was over-priced for what it was.

The beach in front of the hotel is stunning, with crystal-clear water. It's a great spot to really unwind and disconnect, with three pools to choose from and plenty of sun loungers. We took a short walk to visit the nearby town and enjoyed some delicious local cuisine.
Our room in the hotel had a bit of a damp smell that lingered throughout our stay. , the bathroom could have been in better condition.

It was nowhere near any good restaurants or tourist attractions. the room was small and cramped with a terrible bathroom. the service was slow and unresponsive. the breakfast was a disaster with no options for my dietary restrictions and the view was nonexistent. the only good thing about this hotel was the pool area, which was quite impressive.
The parking situation was a nightmare and we had to park our car on the street since the hotel's parking lot was full.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location is absolutely amazing, with direct access to a beautiful beach just behind the dunes. I couldn't ask for a better spot to unwind and enjoy the picturesque surroundings.
I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families.
